PositiveID Corporation(OTC:PSID) stock climbed 22.45% to $0.0240. The company, on Dec. 20, announced it has entered into a license agreement and a teaming agreement with The Boeing Company (“Boeing”), including a license fee to PositiveID of $2.5 million.

The license agreement provides Boeing the exclusive license to manufacture and sell PositiveID’s M-BAND (Microfluidics-based Bioagent Networked Detector) airborne bio-threat detector for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s (“DHS”) BioWatch Generation 3 opportunity, as well as other opportunities (government or commercial) that may arise in the North American market.

Gevo, Inc. (NASDAQ:GEVO) shares increased 19.78% and closed at $2.18 in yesterday’s session. The company last week will repurchase as much as $15 million of its “undervalued” stock this year. The company will fund the purchases with cash and cash equivalents. The purchase is a sign that the company is making progress in its efforts to resume production of isobutanol at its plant in Luverne, Minnesota, said Pavel Molchanov, an analyst at Raymond James & Associates Inc. in Houston.

Corcept Therapeutics Incorporated (NASDAQ:CORT) shares gained 14.72% to $1.87 after Janney Montgomery Scott started coverage on shares of CORT in a research report sent to investors last week. The firm issued a buy rating on the stock. Additionally, Piper Jaffray upgraded shares of Corcept Therapeutics from an underweight rating to an overweight rating in a report issued yesterday.

SUPERVALU INC. (NYSE:SVU) shares jumped 13.51% and closed at $2.94 in the last trading session. The company will hold its fiscal 2013 third quarter conference call on Thursday January 10, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. Central time.

Additionally, an investor group led by Cerberus Capital Management LP is nearing a deal to acquire some of grocery chain Supervalu’s assets and become a shareholder in the remaining public company. Cerberus and its real estate partners are willing to put in $500 million in equity to appease lenders that had previously balked on terms Cerberus was seeking.

Alcatel Lucent SA (ADR) (NYSE:ALU) stock climbed 12.33% to $1.64. The company, last month, announced that on December 14, 2012 it entered into commitments with Credit Suisse AG and Goldman Sachs Bank USA for Euro 1.615 billion in senior secured credit facilities. It is expected that Alcatel-Lucent USA, an Alcatel-Lucent subsidiary, will be the borrower and Alcatel-Lucent and some of its material subsidiaries will be guarantors.
