The company recently announced that for the fourth quarter of 2012, it expects non-GAAP net income in the range of $93-$98 million. VeriFone Systems Inc(NYSE:PAY) stock fell 2.54% to $32.56. The company announced that the first U.S. lottery ticket sale at the fuel pump was printed at a Greater Minneapolis area convenience store and gas station in November. Lottery sales at the pump and other self-service locations represent a major untapped market segment for state lottery commissions across the U.S.

Additionally, UBS AG upgraded shares of Verifone from a neutral rating to a buy rating in a research note released last week. They currently have $39.00 price target on the stock.

Neuralstem, Inc.(NYSEAMEX:CUR) shares declined 2.52% to $1.16. The company reported its financial results for the three months and nine months ended September 30, 2012 and provided an update on clinical programs and business highlights.

For the third quarter of 2012, the Company reported a net loss of $2,577,391 or $0.04 per share, compared with a net loss of $3,211,604 or $0.07 per share, for the comparable 2011 period. Cash and cash equivalents on hand at September 30, 2012 totaled $9,873,395, compared with $2,352,013 at December 31, 2011.

Avago Technologies Ltd(NASDAQ:AVGO) stock decreased 2.48% to $34.25. The company announced the sale of 21,490,022 ordinary shares by certain existing shareholders, including our President and Chief Executive Officer and entities affiliated with certain directors, to Citigroup as underwriter in the registered public offering of those shares. All of the shares are being sold by existing shareholders identified in the prospectus supplement relating to the offering.
